摘要
竹叶椒片剂灌胃小鼠,有显著提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率及吞噬指数作用,亦有显著提高小鼠外周血E-花环形成率作用。对血清溶血素IgM无影响。作抑菌试验,对大肠杆菌有明显抑菌作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌有微弱抑菌作用,对枯草杆菌无抑制作用。
Zanthoxylum armatum LC.tabellae were fed to the mice. It predominantly en hanced the phagocitic rate(control:71.70 ±9.58％, Zanthoxylum armatum DC.group 1:81.80±10.55％,Zanthoxylum armatum DC.group2: 91.60±2.87％)and phagocitic index (control:1.99±0.29, Zanthoxylum armatum DC.group 1:2.93±0.71 Zanthoxylum DC.group 2: 3.14±1.01)and E-rosettes formation rate(control:9.90±3.84％, Zanthoxylum armatum DC. group 1: 20.25±1.90, Zanthoxylum armatum LC. group 2: 21.10±6.31). It had no effects on serum lysin IgM. We have done the experiments on bacteriostasis. It had predominant bacteriostasis on Escherichia coli and slight bacteriostasis on staphy. aureus and no bacteriostasis on B. subtilis.
