连轧GCr15轴承钢的控轧控冷工艺 被引量:18

摘要 大冶特钢用 6 5 0连轧机组 KOCKS轧机 DSC控轧控冷系统生产Φ12~ 72mmGCr15轴承钢 ,DSC水冷控制系统允许来料温差 5 0℃ ,终轧温度控制精度± 10℃。由Φ32mm、Φ4 5mm和Φ4 8mm 3个规格GCr15轴承钢的生产结果表明 ,当钢棒终轧温度控制在 74 0~ 82 0℃ ,轧后快冷至 72 0~ 780℃ ,GCr15轴承钢的网状碳化物≤ 2 .5级 ,组织均匀细小。最佳终轧温度为 74 0~ 75 0℃。 mm GCr15 bearing steel bars are produced by 650 continuous rolling mill train- Kocks mill train with DSC water cooling control system at Daye Special Steel. The allowable temperature differential of coming bar is ±50 ℃ and the temperature control precision of finishing rolling is no more than ±10 ℃. The production results of Φ32, Φ45 and Φ48 three size GCr15 bearing steel products showed that as finish temperature of bars was controlled at 740~820 ℃ and quick cooled to 740~820 ℃, the carbide network rating was no more than 2.5 and the structure of GCr15 steel was fine and homogeneous. The optimum finish rolling temperature was 740~750 ℃.
