摘要
以蛇形浇注系统生产Al合金半固态浆料,探讨弯道个数、直径以及浇注温度对其组织形貌的影响。试验结果显示:最佳浇注温度为655~670℃;增加弯道或者缩小其直径,均会缩小初生α-Al晶粒。存生产过程中,多弯道的浇注系统对合金液具有一定的”搅拌”效果,促进初生α-Al晶粒向球形品粒转化。
Al alloy semi-solid slurry was prepared by serpentine casting system, the effects of the number of curved channels, the diameter and the pouring temperature on its microstructure and morphology were discussed. The results show that the best pouring temperature is 655 - 670 ℃; increasing the number of curved channels or reducing their diameter will reduce newborn α-Al grains. In the production process, the multi-curves pouring system has a certain "stirring" effect on the liquid alloy, promoting the conversion of primary α-Al grains to spherical grains.
