摘要
辽宁人口老龄化始于 2 0世纪 6 0年代中期 ,自 1997年步入年老型社会 ,目前辽宁人口老龄化程度在不断深化。人口老龄化已对辽宁社会保障、劳动就业以及辽宁老工业基地的振兴和可持续发展产生了重大影响 ,这种影响还将持续并可能加重。为应对人口老龄化 ,促进辽宁老工业基地的可持续发展 ,就必须尽快建设并完善社会保障体系 ,建立积极、动态的劳动就业机制和社会服务体系。
Population aging in Liaoning began in the mid-term of 1960s, and became an aged society since 1997. Population aging has made an important influence and will continually play an important role on the system of social security. Population aging will also affect the employment and rejuvenation of Liaoning old industrial base and its sustainable development. Facing the trend of population aging, it is necessary to improve the system of social security and to found a positive dynamic employment management mechanism and social service system.
