摘要 科技越发展,技术越升级,越是离不开大批高素质的技能人才。东北要振兴,辽宁要发展,迫切需要高级技能人才。本文通过对辽宁高级技术工人现状的分析,寻求老工业基地高级技术工人培训开发的途径。 More high-quality skilled workers are needed urgently,with the development of science,the innovation of technology,and the revitalization of the Northeast of China.The paper describes the present situation of the senior skilled workers,before discussing the way of training and developing them in the old Industrial Base in Liaoning.
