摘要
介绍了根据辽河油田稠油含油污水深度处理回用锅炉的特点,筛选适用于含稠油和超稠油污水介质的检测仪表,重点是水中浊度、硬度、氧化硅、酸碱浓度、pH值等在线分析仪表。通过仪表测试、分析、现场试验等手段,确定稠油污水深度处理各过程中的主控参数;利用"全集成自动化"Cit过程控制系统,建立了各处理工艺过程和单体设备的控制模型、以反应状态为控制要素的自动加药控制模型、工艺过程控制方案和运行参数的优化模型。在辽河油田欢三联稠油污水深度处理工程中得到应用。
According to characters,which Liaohe oilfield heavy oil sewage has been advance treated and recycled to boiler,screening detecting instrument is applied into heavy oil and super-heavy oil sewage medium.Emphases are on-line analysis instrument on turbidity,hardness,SiO_2,concentration of acid and alkali,pH etc.By the means of instrument detect,analysis,field test etc.Determining master control parameter it take advantage of“complete integrated automation”Cit process control system,establishing optimum model of each treatment processing parameter,operation parameter and is applied in heavy oil sewage advanced treatment project at Huansan combination station.
