基于数据仓库的铝电解网络监控系统的设计与实现 被引量:4

摘要 在铝电解生产过程中,局域网和工业控制网集成,即监控系统的网络化,已成为当前及今后企业信息化发展的主要目标之一。本文提出了铝电解网络监控系统的设计与实现技术,该系统基于ORACLE等大型关系型数据库和数据仓库技术,实现了局域网与CAN网的集成。文中详细论述了系统实现的几个关键问题,如数据的采集与提取、组织与存储,信息的显示,网络中信息的传输等。在文章最后,对与管理系统相融合做了初步探索。 In the process of aluminum electrolysis reduction, the integration of local area network and industry control network in designing of control system is becoming one of the main targets of the enterprises information development. In this paper, design and implementation of aluminum electrolysis network control system on the integration of LAN and CAN network is presented, the system is based on the technology of large RDBMS such as ORACLE and data warehouse. Several pivotal problems are described in detail, such as acquisition and pick-up of data, organizing and storage of data, display of information, transmission of information in network and so on. The idea of integrating control system with management system is discussed at last.
