摘要
从患溃疡的泥鳅中分离出病原菌4株,分别为:02-7-01、02-7-02、02-7-03、02-7-04,其中02-7-04经人工感染健康泥鳅,表现出较强的致病力,出现症状与自然发病鱼相同,证实这株菌为泥鳅溃疡的病原菌.根据其菌体形态特征、培养特性和生化反应,初步鉴定为致伤弧菌.对溃疡的组织病理观察,肌肉细胞坏死,大量炎细胞浸润;溃疡部位皮下肌肉组织水肿及炎细胞浸润;致病菌从肠道侵入而导致肠粘膜坏死,大量炎细胞浸润.定量药敏实验结果表明:该致病菌对环丙沙星、庆大霉素、诺氟沙星、头孢呋新、头孢哌酮、头孢他定、头孢曲松敏感;氨苄青、氧哌嗪、头孢唑啉耐药.
Four pathogenic strains of bacteria,i.e.,02-7-01?02-7-02?02-7-03?02-7-04respectively,were isolated from the loaches affected with ulcer.Healthy loaches artificially affected with the pathogenic strain of bacteria 02-7-04 show strong infectious ability,and the similar symptoms as the naturally affected loaches.It primarily defined the strain 02-07-04 was the pathogenic strain of bacteria.Based on the morphologic characteristics,culture characteristics and biochemical reactions,the strain 02-7-04 is approved to be a kind of vibrio,V.vulnificus.The histological and pathological observations of the ulcer showed that muscle cells were necrotic and a lot of inflammatory cells were soaking;subcutaneous muscle tissues in the ulcer area were swollen and soaked with inflammatory cells;and the pathogenic bacterium invented from the intestinal tract caused the putrescence of intestinal mucous membrane soaked a large amount of inflammatory cells.The tests on the drug allergy indicated that the pathogenic bacterium strain 02-7-04 was sensitive to ciprofloxacin,gentamycin,norfloxacin,cefuroxime,cefoperazone,ceftazidime,and ceftriaxone,but was insensitive to ampicillin,piperacillin and cephazoline.
