摘要
目的2007年9月江苏东海一家泥鳅养殖场的泥鳅发病。病鱼外观症状表现为身体发红,体表有出血点,病情严重者皮肤出现溃疡灶。患病泥鳅死亡率高达60。为弄清此次疾病的发病原因,为预防和治疗该病提供理论依据和参考,对该病的病原进行了研究。方法从患病泥鳅体内分离到1株优势菌株NQ,然后进行人工感染试验。采用传统手工鉴定与API自动鉴定相结合的方式对病原菌株NQ进行生理生化特性的测定;同时对该菌的16SrDNA序列进行分析,构建系统发育树。综合菌株NQ的生理生化特征和16SrDNA序列的分析结果,最终确定该菌的分类地位。结果与结论人工感染试验证实菌株NQ为此次泥鳅发病的致病原,经鉴定为凡隆气单胞菌温和生物型(Aeromonas veronii biovar sobria)。
In September 2007, an outbreak of disease in Misgurnus anguillicaudatus was found in Donghai district of Jiangsu province with symptoms of redness of body, bleeding spots on the body surface and ulcer loci in severe cases of the diseased fishes, The mortality of the diseased fishes was rather high, approaching up to 60 %, One dominant strain of bacteria was isolated from the diseased fishes, designated as NQ strain, and the physiological and biochemical characteristics of this strain of bacteria were investigated by routine bacteriological methods and the API automatic identification assay. In addition, the 16S rDNA sequence of the NQ strain was analyzed with PCR. and virulence test was also performed to find out its pathogenicity. Finally, the NQ strain of bacteria was identified as Aeromonas veronii biovar sorbria.
