摘要
对6种不同赤桉种源的光合作用性状进行比较。结果表明,不同种源在生长、叶绿素含量和叶绿素a/b及CO_2同化速率等方面,都表现出显著的差异,来自维多利亚的15028和15029种源生长最好,来自新南威尔士的15195种源和15028种源叶绿素含量最高,来自西部地区的13954和17296种源叶绿素a/b最大,在正常大气CO_2含量下,15029种源的光合速率比最低种源大73%。随着CO_2浓度增加,各种源间的CO_2同化速率差异增大。当CO_2^-分压达到65Pa时,各种源的CO_2同化率均达到最大值。
The photosynthetic characters of 6 provenances of Eucalyptus camaldulensis were compared. The results showed that there was significant difference among the provenances of E. camaldulensis in growth, chlorophyll content, chlorophyll a/b value and CO_2 assimilation rate. The provenances 15028 and 15029 of Victoria had the best growth. The highest chlorophyll content occurred in the provenances 15195 of New South Wales and 15028. The provenances 13195 of the Tennant valley and 17296 of the Ellery valley attained the highest chlorophyll a/b value. At normal CO_2 content (320ppm), the photosynthetic rate of 15029 was 73% more than that of the lowest one、With increasing of the CO_2 content, the difference of photosynthetic rate among the provenances increased. When CO_2 pressure was 6SPa, the photosynthetic rate of all the provenances reached their peaks.
