摘要
从1985年春起,在湘中、湘北和湘西北3类地貌生态区,进行了赤桉种源试验,供试种源38个,分4批分别在各试验点进行,除3个国内“地方种源”外,其余均为澳大利亚种源。通过对3年观测资料进行统计分析,对第1批供试种源幼年期的高、径生长、抗寒性、开花和干形质量等进行了初步评定。结果表明,8929种源和渡口赤桉具有多种优良性状,是值得进行中试并渐步推广的种源;其他种源在某一方面具有优良特性,可供在今后的树种改良工作中加以有侧重地利用。
The provenance trial of Eucalyptus camaldulensis has been conductedin three types of topograph-ecology regions(lake, hilly and mountainousareas)in Central, North and Northwest Hunan since 1985. 37 provenancetested were arranged in four batches. Apart from 3 domestic local prove-nances, the others are from Australia. Based on the statistic analysis of 3years' observations, the height, DBH, cold tolerance, flowering and stemform quality at the initial growth stage of the six provenances tested inthe first batch were evaluated. Results indicate that the provenanceseedlot No.8928 and the domestic seed from Dukou(Sichuan Province) areof promise in several aspects.The other four which have good charactersonly in one aspect are also worth exploiting in tree improvement.
