摘要
物料风送设备是木材加工和人造板生产中的主要耗能设备之一。本文在分析该设备能耗诸因素的基础上,提出了合理确定料气混合比、选择适宜的分离器和对风机的工作状况进行工况调节,从而达到节能的措施。为今后物科风送设备的设计和对现有设备进行技术改造提供了参考。
The pneumatic discharge apparatus is one of the main energy consumption equipment in wood-working and wood-based panel industry. On the basis of analysis of the factors of its energy consumption, the energy saving measures such as the determination of reasonable solid material-air ratio, selection of a suitable separator and controlling of operating condition of the fan have been presented. The study can be used for reference to the design of the pneumatic conveyer and to the technical reform of the existing equipment.
