摘要
中密度纤维板生产线设备耗电量大、能耗高是制约中密度纤维板企业经济效益的主要原因。本文介绍了变频器的基本功能特点,提出中密度生产线设备变频节能改造的可行性,对风机、液压油泵、空气压缩机的运行特性及变频节能改造进行了分析。
MDF equipments power consumption is very large, which is the main reason to restrict economic benefits of the MDF mill. It is feasible to use frequency converter to adjust the speed of electrical machinery to save electric quantity on the condition that the production is allowed in the MDF mill. The economic benefits axe very obvious.
