摘要
本文研究了用40~80μm钛铁矿作载体,0~20μm钛铁矿的自载体浮选及其主要工艺参数。用扩展DLVO理论分析了自载体浮选的机理,主要结论如下: a.微细粒矿物粒度越细,越容易在载体上附着; b.自载体浮选的选择性取决于捕收剂吸附的选择性。钛铁矿/斜长石人工混合矿,经自载体浮选工艺一次选别,可获得TiO_247.17%的钛精矿,钛铁矿回收率为93.04%。
This paper describes the autogenous carrier flotation of 0~20 μm ilmenite using 40~80 μm ilmeniteas carrier. Investigations are made of the influence of main technological parameters on autogenouscarrier flotation. The mechanism of autogeaous carrier flotation is discussed using extended DLVOtheory. The main conclusions are as follows. a. The smaller the fine particles, the more easily they adhere to carriers. b. The selectivity of autogenous carrier flotation depends on the selectivity of adsorption ofcollector. In the autogenous carrier flotation of ilmenite-plagioclase mixture assaying 15. 35% TiO_2, a con-centrate containing 47. 17% TiO_2 can be obtained by primary separation with a recovery of 93. 04%.
