摘要
通过对攀枝花细粒钛铁矿物质组成的研究,提出了利用混合药剂浮选细粒钛铁矿的技术措施。结果表明,苯乙烯膦酸与2号油按4∶1比例混合使用,浮选效果最好,经三次精选,可获得TiO2品位47.22%,回收率74.
Based on the study of components of the Panzhihua fine ilmentite,the techniques for flotation of the fine ilmentite by the combined use of reagents.The results show that the best results can be obtained by the combined use of 2-phenylvinylphosphonic acid and pine camphor oil at the ratio 4∶1.Ilmentite concentrate can be obtained by tertiary cleaning,with a grade of 47.22% TiO 2 and a recovery of 74 58%.
