摘要
采用高压氧化法,硫化铜精矿在800kPa及120℃下进行消化浸取.反应液固比为4,H2SO4浓度为0.22mol/L,HNO3浓度为0.2mol/L,木质素磺酸钠量为每千克4g矿粉,浸取2.0h,铜浸出率可高达97%-98%.调pH除铁,由共沉淀可同时除去Pb,产品中Pb仅为每克0.9μg,可得到优良的含有少量ZnSO4的饲料级CuSO4晶体.
Using the high pressure oxidation,in reaction,ration of liquid to solid=4 concrtvace in H\-2SO\-4=0.22 mol/L and in HNO\-3=0.2 mol/L,cupric sulphide concentrates are 800 kPa and 120 ℃.leached at the 4 g/kg mine soldium goulac are leached after 2h,the leached rate of copper can be high up to 97%-98%,By controlling pH values precipitating ferric,the impurity lead can be reduced to (0.9) μg.The forage-grade CuSO_4 crystal which contains a little amount ZnSO_4 is obtained.
