催化氧化酸浸预处理黄铁矿型金精矿的研究 被引量:2

PRETREATMENT OF PYRITIC GOLD CONCENTRATES WITH CATALYTIC OXIDATION ACID LEACHING

摘要 团结沟金精矿为黄铁矿型,部分金赋存在黄铁矿物相中。直接氰化时金浸出率为77—85%;采用催化氧化酸浸法预处理后,则金浸出率可达95%以上。本文对催化氧化酸浸操作条件及其变化的影响进行了详细研究,确定了各主要因素的合理操作范围。 The gold concentrate from Tuan Jie Gou gold mine is of pyritic type, from which only 77 to 85% gold could be recovered by conventional cyanidation method,because of the dissmination of submicroscopic gold with the pyrite. However,it is found that the gold extraction as high as 95% could be obtained through a pretreatment with catalytic oxidation acid leaching to destroy the pyrite matrix to render the gold amenable for recovery. The effects of various operation conditions and their change on acidic leac- hing have been studied in detail,and rational operation conditions for the main factors have also been given in this paper
