摘要
通过应用高分辨率的现代化能谱仪解剖分析一未知点火药,说明此种能谱分析在未知样定性定量(尤其是含Na11以下轻元素)中可以提供更多的信息数据,大大提高解剖分析的效率。初步确定了此点火药的组分,并结合结果对能谱剖析方法进行了探讨。
Through applying the high resolution energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) in analysis of one unknown ignition charge, the EDS is confirmed that it can offer more valuable information and data in qualitative and quantitative analysis of unknown samples (especially the samples which contain light elements that are below Na11 in order), also it can raise the efficiency of anatomy analysis greatly.
