摘要
针对常规钎料难以润湿陶瓷表面的问题 ,利用加弧辉光离子镀膜技术在Si3N4陶瓷表面预沉积了一层高活性的Ti膜。为充分发挥Ti的活性作用 ,在活性镀Ti层表面进行了二次电镀Ni。试验表明 ,在钎焊过程中二次镀Ni层可有效保护Ti膜不被氧化 ,镀膜陶瓷与金属钎焊接头的剪切强度也显著提高。采用BAg72Cu -V钎料时 ,镀膜Si3N4陶瓷与金属钎焊接头的剪切强度可达 2 0 5MPa。
Aimed at the poor wetting properties of ceramic surface when brazing with common filler metals, a high active Ti layer was deposited on Si 3N 4 ceramic surfaces by arc added glow discharge Ti plating.In order to give full play to Ti, it is effective that on the active clad surfaces a process named the Second time Ni plating would be preceded. The test results showed that the active Ti layers have not been oxidized during the brazing processes, and the shear strength of Ti plated Si 3N 4 ceramic joints gets a remarkable raise after the Second time Ni plating. Using BAg72Cu-V filler metal, the joint shear strength of Ti plated Si 3N 4 ceramics to metals can reach as high as 205MPa.
