摘要
介绍一种新的表面合金化技术-加弧辉光离子渗金属技术以及其基本原理和实验装置。列举了碳钢试样加弧辉光离子渗钛处理,并对其渗层显微组织、合金成分及相组成进行了分析讨论;采用数学处理方法计算了钛在γ-Fe中的扩散系数,讨论了扩散系数与合金元素浓度的关系。
This Paper introduced an new surface alloying technique-glow-discharge plasma surface alloyingwith arc sources and dealt with its fundamental principle and experimental instrument. Titanizing was made in the surface of carbon steel sample. Microstructure,Ti distribution and phases in the alloying layer and their related experimental parameters were examined and discussed,the diffusion coefficient of Ti in γ-Fe were calculated by the meansof mathematical treatment. The relation of diffusion coefficient and concentrations of Ti was determined.
