摘要
由于MOBILE中的交通参数缺省值反映的是美国车辆的行驶特征,因此必须利用我国的交通参数来校正MOBILE中的缺省值以提高尾气的计算精度.本文论述了一种基于小样本调查数据来调整MOBILE中车里程累积率参数的算法,对原有算法进行了简化,并根据我国车型分类,对北京市的交通参数进行了调整.结果表明应用调整的车里程累积率计算尾气排放因子同利用MOBILE6的缺省值来计算有显著的区别,VOC的误差是40.23%,CO的误差是30.42%,NOx的误差是17.53%.
At present, the primary method used in China is to calculate the total emissions due to the emission factor model MOBILE of U.S. (newest version is MOBILE6) in which the default traffic parameters reflect the travel characteristics in the United States. Therefore, we need to adjust these default values to accommodate traffic conditions in China in order to improve the accuracy of emission estimates. This paper presents a practical algorithm for adjusting the default mileage accumulative rates (MAR) making use of on the small sample field surveys, simplifies the original algorithm and applies it in Beijing according to the vehicle types of China. Results show that the emission factors generated by the corrected local mileage accumulation rates are significantly different from those by the default ones. The error difference of VOC is 40.23%, CO is 30.42% and NOx is 17.53%.
