摘要
论述了上海市汽车排气污染现状和管理工作的成绩与不足。1993年上海市机动车辆达31万辆,主要交通干道的最高日车流量60000辆,1989～1993年在行车路桥的总超标率(一氧化碳+碳氢化物—双项)41％～56％,监测路口空气的污染物的三日平均浓度值、氮氧化物和一氧化碳均超过国家大气环境质量三级标准。同时提出了相应的对策措施。
Discussion on existing situation of automobile exhaust gas and the achievements of management in Shanghai were presented.
In 1993, number of automobiles were 310 thousand and the maximum vehicle flow at the main traffic lines were up to 60 thousand. In 1989-1990, atmospheric pollutants (CO, NOx) were exceeded the standard by 41%-51%. three-day average concentration exceeding was grade Ⅲ of national standard. At the same time the corresponding countermeasure were also proposed.
