摘要
目的 探讨妊娠早期HCG分泌与甲状腺功能的关系。方法 将 12 0例妊娠 6~ 12周孕妇分为单胎初产、单胎经产、双胎、妊娠剧吐四组 ,抽空腹肘静脉血 2ml采用酶联免疫吸附测定法观察T3 ,T4,TSH与HCG的关系及各组间HCG的定量关系。结果 单胎初产组 :T3 2 6 10 7± 1.2 8nmol L ,T416 0 .71± 4 8.16nmol L ,TSH 5 .14± 1.4 2nmol L ,HCG 4 997.5 0± 14 4 8.4 0nmol L ,单胎经产组 :T3 2 .4 8± 0 .6 1nmol L ,T416 0 .6 1± 5 0 .2 1nmol L ,TSH 5 .35± 1.4 0nmol L ,HCG 5 2 6 7.18± 10 84 .5 5nmol L ,双胎组 :T3 2 .10± 0 .6 6nmol L ,T416 8.11± 4 7.4 7nmol L ,TSH 4 .93± 1.4 2nmol L ,HCG 5 74 1.6 7± 1189.0 5nmol L ,妊娠剧吐组 :T3 2 .5 8± 1.5 3nmol L ,T4176 .2 5± 6 7.5 0nmol L ,TSH 4 .9179±0 .93nmol L ,HCG 6 0 35 .2 9± 12 6 4.85nmol L。结论 妊娠剧吐与双胎组中HCG与TSH呈相关性 ,双胎组HCG与T4有相关性 ,双胎与妊娠剧吐组HCG有差异。提示HCG对垂体 甲状腺轴有一定的调节作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the function of thyroid and HCG in early pregnancy.Methods The ELISA was used to measure the serum concentration of T 3,T 4,TSH,HCG.To the 120 cases of pregnant women whose pregnant periods were 6~12 weeks.The 120 cases were divided into Four groups:singl fetal first labor,singl fetal second labor,twin pregnancy and hyperemesis gravidarum,to analyse and to compare the difference of HCG among four groups,T 3 and HCG,T 4 and HCG,TSH and HCG.Results Singl fetal first labor:T 3 2.61±1.28,T 4 160.71±48.16,TSH 5.14±1.42,HCG 4997.50±1448.40nmol/L;Singl fetal second labor:T 3 2.48±0.61,T 4 160.61±50.21,TSH 5.35±1.40,HCG 5267.18±1084.55nmol/L;twin pregnancy:T 3 2.10±0.66nmol/L,T 4.168.11±47.47nmol/L,TSH 4.93±1.42nmol/L,HCG 5741.67±1189.05nmol/L;Hyperemesis gravidarum:T 3 2.59±1.53,T 4 176.25±67.50,TSH 4.92±0.93nmol/L,HCG 6035.29±1264.85nmol/L.Conclusion A signficant negative correlation between TSH and HCG levels was demonstrated in hyperemesis gravidarum and twin pregnancy.A signficant correlation between T 4 and HCG levels was demonstrated in twin pregnancy.A signficant correlation between HCG levels was demonstrated in hyperemesis gravidarum and twin pregnancy.HCG may be as role of regulation of pituitary-thyroid ascis in early pregnanncy.
