摘要
目的 观察奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸钙诱导大肠癌细胞早期凋亡的效果。方法 大肠癌患者 2 1例 ,术前 1周应用奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸钙化疗 ,术中取大肠癌组织 ,应用流式细胞术 (AV与PI双参数法 )检测其凋亡 ;并与 2 0例术前未化疗的大肠癌患者进行比较。结果 术前化疗组 (治疗组 )大肠癌细胞凋亡比例明显高于术前未化疗组 (对照组 ) (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶。
Objective To observe the early apoptosis in colorectal cancer treated with oxaliplatin plus 5-flurouracil/folinic acid preoperatively. Methods 21 cases of colorectal cancer treated with oxaliplatin plus 5-flurouracil/folinic acid one week before operation. Samples were taken from tumor site during operation. Flow cytometry was used to detect the rate of apoptosis in colorectal cancer cell. 20 patients without preoperative chemotherapy were included in the controlled group. Results A significant higher rate of apoptosis was observed in the treated group as compared to the controlled group. Conclusions The preoperative chemotherapy of oxaliplatin plus 5-flurouracil/folinic acid induces apoptosis in colorectal cancer cells and thus produces anti-tumor responses.
