摘要
本文给出了基于双端接载LC梯形原型的OTA全集成滤波器的设计方法。所设计的有源滤波电路主要由OTA和接地电容组成,集成度高,不易受分布电容的影响。文中给出了设计实例,仿真结果验证了该方法的正确性。
A design method for full-integrated OTA filter based on double terminated LC ladder is presented. The filter is composed of OTA and ground capacitors. This architecture is beneficial to circuit integration and elimination of effects of parasitic capacitors. A design example is given. Simulation results show that the proposed method is applicable to continuous time full-integrated OTA filter design.
