摘要
对比地研究了用OTA器件模拟接地电感、浮地电感、接地D元件和浮地D元件所实现的各种低通、高通及带通滤波器的特性.对大量实例进行分析发现,接地D元件的特性较差,浮地D元件和电压型运放实现一样,在高频时性能有所下降,而采用模拟电感,效果非常好,有着很好的高频特性.
In this paper the simulation of LC ladder filters using operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) are presented. For the lowpass filter,highpass filter and bandpass filter,the simulation of the grounded inductors,floating inductors,grounded D elements and floating D elements are studied. It is found that the simulation of D elements is not as good as those of inductors,especially at high frequencies.
