摘要
目的:介绍中药蒲归丸治疗子宫肌瘤瘀热型的系列研究。方法:运用中药蒲归丸(观察组30例),宫瘤清胶囊(对照组20例)治疗子宫肌瘤,观察其临床症状、血液动力学的改善,疗效分析及对其发病机制作进一步的研究。结果:蒲归丸能明显改善临床症状,缩小肌瘤体积,改善血液动力学指标,调节血中胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白3(IGFBP-3)、胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)的水平表达。结论:蒲归丸具有清热消症散结、活血化瘀镇痛的特点。治疗子宫肌瘤疗效确切,总有效率为83.3％。
Objective: To introduce a series of study on Chinese drug Pugui Pill for treatment of hysteromyoma of stagnant heat type. Methods: Observation group (30 cases) were treated by Pugui Pill and control group (20 cases) were treated by Gongliuqing Capsule. Improvement of clinical symptoms and hemodynamics and therapeutic effects were investigated, and the mechanism was studied. Results: Pugui Pill could obviously improve clinical symptoms, reduce size of the hysteromyoma. improve characteristics of hemodynamics, and regulate expression of insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3 (IGFBP-3) and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) in blood. Conclusion: Pugui pill functions clearing heat, resolving mass, activating blood circulation by removing blood stasis and analgesia, and it has a definite therapeutic effect on hysteromyoma with a total effective rate of 83.3%.
