摘要
采用宫瘤清胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤患者 30 0例 ,并与桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤 1 2 0例的疗效进行对照观察 ,结果治疗组和对照组显效率分别为 47.67%和 2 2 .50 % ,有效率分别为 86.67%和 57.50 % ,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ,且在临床试验中未发现宫瘤清胶囊有明显不良反应。
Objective:To obserced the curative effect of 'Gong liu qing' Capsule to hysteromyoma. Methods: 300 cases of hysteromyoma were treated with 'Gong liu qing' Capsule and other 120 cases were treated with 'Gui zhi fu ning' Capsule, and the curative effects of two groups were compared. Results: the overall effective rates of treated group and control group were 47.67% and 22.50%,and the excellent effective rates of the two groups were 86.67% and 57.50% respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion: 'Gong liu qing' Capsule had a good effect for hysteromyoma.
