摘要
目的 为研究小肠移植排斥反应提供良好的动物模型。方法 选用SD大鼠进行一期同种异体异位节段性小肠移植。结果 模型稳定后 4 0次小肠移植的术后 5天存活率达 90 %。结论良好的血管吻合方法以及输血、补液、保温等围手术期处理是提高手术成功率的关键。
Objective To investigate the surgical procedures for the development of small bowel transplantation(SBT) model in rat in order to study the rejection of SBT.Methods Segmental heterotopic SBT was performed on SD rats and the reconstruction of small intestine was finished simultaneously.Results The 5-day survival rate of 40 cases undergoing SBT after the model stabilized was 90%.Conclusion Excellent anastomosis of blood vessels,adequate supplement of blood and liquid,maintenance of body temperature were the keys to success.
