摘要
目的 :探讨超声引导下肾囊肿穿刺留管法硬化治疗的疗效。方法 :1999～ 2 0 0 2年在B超引导下穿刺肾囊肿、留置中心静脉导管 ,采用先引流后注入无水乙醇的方法治疗肾囊肿 83例。结果 :术后 3个月随访 ,治愈 71例 ,占 85 .5 4 % ,显效 8例 ,占9.6 3% ,有效 3例 ,占 3.6 3% ,无效 1例 ,占 1.2 0 %。结论 :利用B超引导下穿刺留置导管法硬化治疗肾囊肿治愈率高 ,并发症少 ,操作安全 。
Objective: discuss the curative effect of renal cyst by puncturing , reserving the catheter then injecting hardener under the orientation of B ultrasound.Methods:Treating 83 persons with renal cyst through puncturing , reserving the central venous catheter then injecting pure alcohol.Results:Investigating all the 83 persons after 3 months of leave hospital, 71 persons are healing ,the healing rate is 85.54%, obvious effective is 8(9.63%),effective is 3(3.63%),1 invalid(1.20%).Conclusion:Treating the renal cyst by puncturing , reserving the catheter then injecting hardener under the orientation of B ultrasound have a high healing rate ,few side effect, and the method is safety ,is one of the most useful methods.
