摘要
目的:评价螺旋CT三维重建技术对不规则骨骨折应用的价值。方法:回顾性对照分析了46例不规则骨骨折的X线平片、螺旋CT多层面容积重建(MPVR)和表面遮盖显示(SSD)图像。结果:46例中,髋骨7例、坐骨1例、耻骨4例、腕骨3例、肩胛骨7例、锁骨6例、跗骨9例、颜面骨6例和髌骨3例。X线阳性诊断率仅41.3%,可疑、假阳性及假阴性高达58.7%。结论:螺旋CT的MPVR及SSD三维重建技术对不规则骨骨折有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective: To determine the value of spiral CT for detecting the fracture of irregular bone. Methods: The plain films and three-dimensional (3D) CT in 46 patients with the fracture of irregular bone were retrospectively studied. Results: The fracture occurred in hipbone( n = 7) ,hucklebone( n = 1) , pubis ( n = 4) , carpale( n = 3 ) , bladebone ( n = 7 ) , callarbone ( n = 6 ) , tarsi ( n = 9 ) , mental bone(n=6) and knee bone( n = 3). The plain films made right diagnosis in 41. 3% patients,the false positive and/or negative rate were as high as 58. 7%. Conclusion: The 3D spiral CT reconstruction plays an important role in diagnosing of the fracture of irregular bone.
