近代小麦品种籽粒品质的演变及改良方向 被引量:5

摘要 对长江中下游地区45个地方品种和各时期推广品种品质性状演变的研究表明,近代小麦籽粒蛋白质含量和干、湿面筋含量均呈显著下降趋势。这种下降部分是由于籽粒产量的“稀释”效应,但主要是由于品种的遗传组成不同。现代品种的出粉率较其它年份为低,这种情形似与组合亲本有关,但单位面积的面粉产量仍表现递增趋势。各时期品种的 SDS 沉淀值相似,而籽粒体积则随年代而增大。 Forty—five local cultivars and bred wheats released since 1950'swere evaluated for grain qulity changes in Jiangpu Experimental Sta-tion,N anjing,Jiangsu in the 1985~1986 growing season.By Duncan'sMultiple range test it was revealed that grain yield increased whilstprotein percentage and gluten content decreased considerably with thereplacement of the old cultivars,but protein yield appeared to remainunchanged.Co—variance analysis showed that these decreases in pro-tein or gluten percentage were partly due to the “diluting effect” ofgrain yield per unit area,but largely associated with the genetcalmake-ups of cultivars.Modern,wheats possessed a significant lowermilling extract,but a higher flour yield per unit area.All the cu-ltivars ia the region were similar in SDS-sedimentation value.Mor-eover,the average kernal weight and size increased with the years on.
