摘要
用小麦回交转育所得7个株高梯度系列的35个系统及5个优良品种为试验材料,用简单相关、多元线性逐步回归分析研究了相似遗传背景和不同遗传背景条件下,产量性状、品质性状和茎叶穗等形态性状52项组成因素之间的关系。从总群体简单相关系数看,与株高呈极显著正相关的性状有:籽粒产量、千粒重、沉淀值;呈显著负相关的性状有穗粒数、穗粒重和收获指数,与籽粒蛋白质含量呈极显著负相关的性状有籽粒产量和收获指数。以上诸相关系数在不同系列间正负值、显著性水平均有很大变化,说明这种关系通过育种手段可以有所改变。多元回归分析表明,用总群体计算以产量为依变量时,样段净重、第二叶相对叶面积分别以正向一、二位次入选;以籽粒蛋白质含量为依变量时,下四节总相对长负向首位入选;株高以不显著的正相关二位入选。
Using 35 lines of 7 stature series obtained through backcrossing and 5 elite cultivars of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) as materials,the interrela- tionship among 52 different characters,including yield components,quality traits and other morphological characters,under similar and different genetic background,were studied with simple correlation and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis.It could be seen from the pooled data of all populations studied that the correlation coefficient between grain protien content (GPC) and stature was r=0.034.It was also found that stature was highly sigflcantly positively correlated to grain yield,1000 kernel weight and sedimentation value, but significantly negatively correlated to number of kernels per spike.GPC was highly significantly negatively correlated to grain yield and HI.It was observ- ed that the correlations mentioned above varied sometimes in positiveness or negativeness and level of significance,indicating that the relationship between these characters could be adjusted through breeding.The result of multiple st- epwise analysis revealed that of all the morphological characters of the materials studied,stature and relative length of the 4 lower internodes were important characters influencing GPC.The weight of stems per sample row was the most important positive factor influencing grain yield.
