摘要
本实验利用骨髓直接制片的方法,观察分析了崂山猪的染色体组型。结果表明,崂山猪二倍体细胞染色体数2n=38。其中18对常染色体可分成 A、B、C 三组。A 组8对,为中部着丝点染色体;B 组4对,为亚中部着丝点染色体;C 组6对,为端部着丝点染色体。性染色体1对,为 XY 型,属中部着丝点染色体。染色体总臂数为64。
The karyotype of bone marrow cells of Laoshan pigs were examined nd described.The number of diploid chromsomes is 38.Thereare 18 pairs of body chromsomes which can be divided into A,B,Cthree groups.Group A is of metacentrics of 8 pairs.Group B is of sub-metacentrics of 4 pairs.Group C is tipchromsome of 6 pairs. there is one pair of sex chromsome of XY type which is metacentric The total number of chromsome arms is 64.
