Studies on the Karyotype of Chromosome of Guizhou Xiang Pigs

摘要 以贵州香猪(久仰香猪、剑白香猪、从江香猪)为试验组,长白猪为对照组,用外周血淋巴细胞培养对其染色体核型进行研究。结果表明,各香猪类型及长白猪淋巴细胞染色体数均为2n=38;香猪染色体核型组成为10sm+4st+12m+12t,长白猪则为8sm+4st+14m+12t;性染色体雌性均为XX,雄性均为XY,X、Y属中着丝粒染色体,Y是中着丝粒染色体相对长度最短的一条;3,5,6,7和9号染色体的臂比值各香猪类型与长白猪相比,差异显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01);1,5,6,8,9和11号染色体的相对长度各香猪类型与长白猪相比,差异显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01);香猪类型间也存在一定差异。 During this experiment,Guizhou Xiang pigs(Jiuyang Xiang pigs,Jianbai Xiang pigs and Congjiang Xiang pigs)were chosen as control group.Landrace as compared group. The karyotype of chromosomes of them were studied by the method of peripheral blood lymphocytes culture.The results show that the diploid chromosomes number of Xiang pigs and Landrace are 2n=38 in both sexes;the karyotype of Xiang pigs is 10sm+4st+12m+12t,Landrace is 8sm+4st+14m+12t;Sex-chromosome of male in both breeds is XY, female is XX,X and Y are middle centromere chromosomes,Y is the shortest of relative length among in middle centromeres; Compared with Landrace, No3,5,6,7 and 9 chromosomes'arm-ratio of Xiang pigs the difference are significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01),No1,5,6,8,9 and 11 chromosomes'relative length of Xiang pigs the difference are significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).At the same time,Chromosomes also have different between Xiang-pig types.
