摘要
在环锭纺纱机或转杯纺纱机上加装控制装置,利用“变形牵伸”原理来纺制竹节纱是目前竹节纱生产的常用方法。加装的控制装置主要有3种形式:缺陷法、机电结合式、全数字式。文章着重介绍了全数字调速系统的改造形式,并对纺纱工艺及全数字式生产装置的特点进行了讨论。
In slub yarn production, it is a common practice to incorporateadditional control device to the existing ring spinning or rotor-spinning machine and spin the yarn in the principle of textur-ing-drafting. The control device can be incorporated to themachine in three ways: imperfection method (omitting someparts or using incomplete gear), mechanical-electronic integra-tion and fully digital. The article highlights the last method, i.e.incorporating fully digital variable speed system to the machineand discusses the features of such system and related spinningprocess.
