摘要
采用分子沉积技术制备了脂肪酶 /PET -NH3+ 的静电自组装单层膜 ,通过XPS、AFM等表征技术观察了它的表面形貌 ,并考察了不同的影响因素。实验发现组装溶液pH值对酶分子的沉积形态有着显著的影响 ,同时表面组装的酶的量在一定范围内随着离子强度、组装时间和酶的浓度的增大而增大。当组装条件不同时 ,组装的脂肪酶的表观活性也有所不同。
The Lipase/PET-NH 3 +monolayer self-assembly functional films were fabricated by the means of molecular depositing (MD). The content of lipase at the PET-NH 3 +substrate was quantitatively analyzed by XPS. The topographies of monolayer at the surface were studied by AFM. As showed in results, the amount of lipase depositing on the PET-NH 3 +substrate increases with the increase of ionic strength, time and the concentrations of lipase. In different conditions, the performance activity of lipase/PET-NH 3 + is different.
