摘要
机器视觉系统作为表面组装装备的关键部分,其智能化程度直接决定着表面组装制造系统的智能化程度。从提高表面组装装备的加工速度和加工精度角度出发,对表面组装装备机器视觉系统进行了研究。根据机器视觉系统完成的主要任务,同时参考当今流行的机器视觉系统软、硬件组成,对表面组装装备机器视觉系统的结构及功能模块组成,各模块的工作原理、硬件结构设计、软件结构设计及它们的实现方法进行了较深入的探讨和详细的论述。
Machine vision system is a key part of SMT machine, and its intelligentized extent is crucial to SMT manufacturing system. From the point of improving process speed and process accuracy of SMT machine, SMT machine vision system was studied. According to the functions, software and hardware of updated machine vision system, and about the SMT machine vision system, the composing of its structure and function modules, the work principle, the hardware frame, software design and the method of realization of each module are recommended in details.
