摘要
利用改进的稻飞虱抗性鉴定技术和程序 ,对转GNA基因的水稻后代进行了连续世代 (T0 ~T3)的抗性鉴定 ,获得1 7份优良抗性纯合系 ,其抗性多数介于抗虫对照 (IR36 )与各自受体亲本之间。方差分析结果表明 ,转基因材料R5 0 7、R81 8与各受体亲本间在稻飞虱抗性水平上存在极显著的差异。它们与抗性对照IR36之间也表现显著或极显著的差异。其中 3个R5 0 7的抗性纯系 (R5 0 7G 3 1、R5 0 7G 7 4、R5 0 7G 3 2 )与IR36间无显著差异 ,根据其受害级别 ,R5 0 7G 3 1被认为已达到抗的水平 ,其余 1 6份抗性纯系均属于中抗水平。对R5 0 7转基因后代而言 ,同一转化子内不同纯系间的抗性水平无显著差异 ,而R81 8的转基因后代中 ,同一转化子内不同纯系间的抗性出现了显著或极显著的差异。R5 0 7的各个转化子间以及R81
Using improved technique and evaluation procedure, we identified the resistance of GNA transgenic rice to Rice Brown Planthopper in successive generations from T 0 to T 3 and screened out 17 purified lines that the resistant levels of them were mostly between resistant control (IR36) and respective original variety (R507 and R818). The results of variance analysis indicated that there were very significant differences of resistant levels between transgenic rice and respective original varieties. All purified lines except three of them (R507G 3 1, 507G 7 4, 507G 3 2) presented very significant difference with resistant control. Based on damaged scale of rice, R507G 3 1 reached the resistant standard, the two others (507G 7 4, 507G 3 2) belonged to the middle resistant level. As far as progenies of transgenic rice R507 were concerned, there was no significant difference in resistant level among different purified lines from the same callous, while the converse result was found in transgenic rice R818. No significant difference was found among different purified lines from different calli of R507 and R818.
