摘要
技术创新是企业在激烈的市场竞争环境中能否取得成功的关键 ,也是企业特别是中小企业生存发展的重要推动力量。以西安市作为典型 ,对中小企业技术创新中存在的问题进行探讨 ,同时考察发达国家在这方面采取的措施 ,并进一步对中小企业技术创新提出战略性的思考。
The technological innovation is the key factor of enterprises' success in the fierce competition, and it is the important strength for enterprises,especially small and medium-sized enterprises to survive and develop.By taking Xi'an as the model,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises,and reviews the measures taken by the developed countries,then proposes strategic thinking for the technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
