摘要
基于提高科技工作者创新能力,实现助力企业技术创新的基本理念,围绕科协组织自身的资源优势,开展了支撑企业技术创新和惠利企业科技工作者的比较研究。结果表明企业技术创新存在一定的差异或缺失,阶段性论文发表、课题研发和专利申请是技术创新的基本标志。科协资源优势在于助企惠工和构建国家创新体系中大有作为,提出助力企业技术创新在内容和形式上应当具有针对性和适应性。
Based on the basic idea of enhancing the innovation ability of knowledge employee to help enterprises＇ technology innovation, by means of the resource advantages of Association of Science and Technology, we made a comparative study on supporting technological innovation of that there were some differences or missing in enterprise technological innovation are papers, R＆D and patent enterprise and knowledge employee. The results show technological innovation, the fundamental symbol of applications for knowledge employee. The resource advantages of Association of Science and Technology will accomplish much supporting technological innovation of enterprise and knowledge employee and building a national innovation system. This paper put forward that sup- porting technological innovation of enterprise should be targeted and adaptability in content and form.
