全球化经济和互联网的发展为中小企业的生存和发展提供了机遇和挑战。在中小企业通过自身积累实现其内部规模经济的同时 ,中小企业可以与大企业配套以发展外部规模经济 ,通过互联网可以使中小企业之间建立虚拟的联盟企业 ,以形成内部和外部的规模经济。
The globalized economy and internet development offer small-and-medium-sized enterprises both challenges and oppertunities.As they realize the internal scaled operation by self-development,they can collaborate with larged-scaled enterprises to develop into external scaled operation with internet assistance,they can even found virtual enterprise alliance among themselves so as to form both internal and external scaled operation.
