摘要
改革开放以来 ,民营企业以它特有的活力 ,对我国的经济发展起到了重要的作用。而面对我国加入世贸组织后的新形势 ,如何寻找新的发展空间 ,这是民营企业面临的一个重大的问题。同时 ,国有企业也可以从民营企业这些年的发展上找到一些启发。全面分析了民营企业的特点及面临的机遇和挑战 ,并提出一些发展思路。
Since China's open-up and reform,private enterprises have made rapid progress because of their particular power,for which they have played a more important role in Chinese economy. China has entered WTO,demanding to expend their space.At the same time,state-owned enterprises can benefit themselves from the experience of private enterprises. This paper analyses private enterprises' features, opportunities and challenges and then brings forward some measures to develop themselves.
