二尖瓣成形术中左心房内射频消融治疗房颤 被引量:1

Treatment of Atrial Fibrillation with Intra-Left Atrial Radiofrequency Maze Ablation During Mitral Valve Plasty

摘要 目的 对二尖瓣疾病患者行二尖瓣成形术的同时进行术中射频消融术治疗心房纤颤(AF)。方法 3例风湿性二尖瓣狭窄或关闭不全合并AF的病人,体外循环下,降温至30℃,阻断升主动脉,应用含血心保护液停搏心脏后,经房间沟切开左心房前壁,先应用射频探条行射频消融治疗,再作二尖瓣成形术。 结果 完成心内操作后,3例心脏均自动复跳,AF消失;其中2例当即恢复窦性节律,另1例为交界性心律。停辅助循环后作经食管心脏彩超,示三尖瓣狭窄解除,1例无返流,2例轻度返流。术后随访18个月,1例AF复发;2例AF消失。 结论 射频消融仪行术中消融是治疗AF简便、有效的方法。其远期效果有待进一步随访。
