射频消融心脏房颤治疗仪的研制 被引量：2

摘要 为了研究临床术中治疗房颤的方法,研制了房颤射频治疗仪样机和消融治疗探头,在开胸直视下,沿用迷宫手术线路,利用射频消融效应使组织凝固性坏死,有效阻断房颤的折返环,从而消除房颤。经动物实验验证,疗效良好、快速安全、使用方便。 For the purpose of exploring the clinical atrial fibrillation therapy method ,the prototype instrument and RF ablation probe have been developed. Under open-chest direct observation,this instrument uses RF ablation to let tissue coagulate and die by maze surgery method. It can effectively block re-entry circle to eliminate atrial fibrillation. With the proving of animal test, this instrument has advantages of good curative effect, secure and easy operation.
