氰化钠和急性缺氧联合作用对家猫生命体征的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨急性缺氧复合氰化物中毒对家猫呼吸、血压和心电指标的影响以及抗氰药物 4 DMAP的疗效。方法 重庆家猫 15只 ,随机分为对照、氰化钠中毒和 4 DMAP治疗共 3组。动物麻醉后行动、静脉插管手术 ,置小型低压仓内复制缺氧模型 ( 61.2kPa)。静脉注射 1mg kg氰化钠及抗氰药物 4 二甲氨基酚 ( 4 dimethylaminophenol,4 DMAP) ,以RM62 40生理信号采集处理系统适时采集呼吸、血压、心电图参数 ,用生化方法测定静脉血高铁血红蛋白浓度 (MHb)。结果 急性缺氧后动脉收缩压和舒张压升高 ,呼吸频率由 ( 18.5± 2 .1)次 min增加为 ( 2 4.2± 1.8)次 min(P <0 .0 5 ) ,心电图Q T间期延长。注射氰化钠后 ,颈动脉收缩压和舒张压下降 ,呼吸频率增加 ,心电图Q T间期进一步延长。注射 4 DMAP后血液高铁血红蛋白浓度迅速升高 ,氰化钠引起的上述变化明显改善 ,但不能使之完全恢复。 Objective To investigate the effects of sodium cyanide (NaCN) and acute hypoxia on respiration, blood pressure and electrocardiography in cats. Methods A total of 15 cats were randomly divided into 3 groups: hypobaric hypoxia (HH), HH+NaCN, and HH+NaCN+4 dimethylaminophenol (4 DMAP). The cats were anesthetized for trachea intubation and arterial cannulation. Blood pressure, respiration frequency (RF) and electrocardiography were monitored and recorded with RM6240 electronic physiological signal recording system and the venous methemoglobin (MHb) was determined by a biochemical method. The animals were kept in a hypobaric hypoxia (61 2 kPa ) chamber for experiments. Results After acute hypoxia, the systolic and diastolic pressures of cat carotid artery increased, and RF and electrocardiographic Q T interval also increased from (18.5±2.1) to (24.2±1 8) times per min ( P <0.05) and from (98.2±4.7) ms to (122.8±7.4) ms respectively. Intravenous injection of NaCN at the dose of 1 mg/kg rapidly induced a progressive increase of HR. The concentration of MHb rapidly increased after 4 DMAP injection. Hypoxia induced increases of systolic and diastolic pressures rapidly decreased significantly after intravenous administration of NaCN. Q T interval, however, was further prolonged by NaCN. 4 DMAP (3.2 mg/kg, im) injection partially ameliorated NaCN induced increases in blood pressure and prolongation of Q T. Conclusion Under the condition of acute hypoxia, NaCN can cause severe interference in respiratory and cardiac functions in cats.
