摘要
目的 :提出一种特殊类型的腰椎间盘突出的CT分型。方法 :通过与 12例手术对照 ,对 46例腰椎软骨板破裂症CT影像进行对比分析。结果 :CT可分为两型 :Ⅰ型 ,软骨板连续型 ;Ⅱ型 ,软骨板断裂型。 46例中Ⅰ型 17例 ,Ⅱ型 2 9例。两型均可钙化。结论 :CT检查对腰椎软骨板破裂症有重要诊断价值 。
Objective:To investigate a new type of protrusion of the lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods:CT findings of lumbar vertebra cartilage rupture in 46 cases were studied in correlation with the surgical findings in twelve cases. Results: Based on CT findings, lumbar vertebra cartilage rupture can be classified into 2 types. TypeⅠ,the type with continuity of the cartilage (17 cases); type Ⅱ, the type with discontinuity of the cartilage (29 cases). Both types showed calcification.Conclusion:CT scan plays an important role in the diagnosis of lumbar vertebra cartilage rupture and has significant value in surgical planning.
