摘要
目的 探讨腰椎管狭窄症的CT分型。材料与方法 对 745例腰椎管狭窄症的术前CT分型与手术结果进行对比分析。结果 CT分为 3型 ,Ⅰ型 :中心椎管狭窄型 ;Ⅱ型 :脊神经根管狭窄型 ;Ⅲ型 :混合型 (即Ⅰ、Ⅱ型并存 )。其中Ⅰ型 10 4例 (13 .96 % ) ,Ⅱ型 15 8例 (2 1.2 1% ) ,Ⅲ型 483例 (6 4.83 % )。CT分型与手术符合率为 92 .2 1% ,不符多见于Ⅲ型。结论 CT分型对腰椎管狭窄的手术治疗具有指导意义 。
Objective To investigate CT classification of lumbar spinal stenosis and its diagnostic value.Materials and Methods According to CT findings 745 cases with lumbar spinal stenosis were classified before surgery, and a comparison between CT and surgical findings was made.Results On CT scan lumbar spinal stenosis could be classified into 3 types. Type 1: Central lumbar spinal canal stenosis (13.96%). Type 2: lumbar spinal nerve root canal stenosis (21.21%). Type 3: mixed type of the above two (64.83%). The coincident rate of CT with surgery was 92.21%.Conclusion CT classification of lumbar spinal stenosis plays a significant role in guiding surgical management.
