摘要
目的 :探索高氧液对兔单肺通气期间低氧血症的治疗作用 .方法 :家兔 30只 ,随机分为对照组 (C组 )和高氧液组 (H组 )各 1 5只 .单肺通气 (OLV) 30min后 ,对照组静脉输入 9g/L生理盐水 1 0 0mL ,高氧液组输入高氧液 1 0 0mL .输注完毕后 ,记录OLV前及OLV后 30min(治疗前 )及静脉输液后1 0min(治疗后 )pH ,PaO2 ,PaCO2 ,PvO2 ,SaO2 及SvO2 等指标 .结果 :与OLV前相比 ,两组单肺通气 30min后 ,SaO2 [(91 .0±3.5 ) % ,(91 .0± 2 .9) % ],PaO2 [(1 0 .7± 1 .2 )kPa,(1 0 .9± 1 .2 )kPa],PvO2 [(8.3± 1 .4 )kPa ,(8.3± 1 .5 )kPa],SvO2 [(5 7.0± 2 .3) % ,(5 7.0± 3.8) % ]均明显下降 ,而PaCO2 [(5 .9± 0 .6 )kPa,(5 .6± 0 .6 )kPa]显著升高 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;对照组在输液后 1 0min各指标仍呈下降趋势 ,高氧液组在治疗后SaO2 (95 .0± 3.2 ) % ,PaO2 (1 1 .9± 1 .5 )kPa,PvO2 (9.2± 1 .4 )kPa,SvO2 (6 3.0±3.1 ) %明显升高 ,与对照组相应各指标 [(89.0± 2 .7) % ,(1 0 .3± 1 .1 )kPa ,(8.1± 1 .2 )kPa,(5 5 .0± 3.1 ) % ]相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) .结论
AIM: To investigate the therapeutic effect of hyperoxia solution (HO) on hypoxia in rabbits during one lung ventilation (OLV). METHODS: Thirty rabbits were randomized into control group (Group C) and hyper oxygen group (Group H), with 15 in each group. At 30 min after OLV, rabbits received 100 mL of normal saline (Group C) and 100 mL of hyper oxygen liquid (Group H) respectively. pH, PaO 2, PaCO 2, PvO 2, SvO 2, SaO 2 were recorded before OLV, 30 min after OLV and 10 min after intravenous injection. RESULTS: Compared with the data before OLV, SaO 2, PaO 2, PvO 2, SvO 2 were significantly decreased ( P < 0.01). While PaCO 2 significantly increased ( P <0.01) at 30 min following OLV in two groups. After intravenous injection, all of above parameters continued to decrease in Group C, but SaO 2,PaO 2,PvO 2,SvO 2 increased markedly in Group H ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Intravenous infusion of hyper oxygen liquid can effectively prevent the hypoxia during OLV in rabbits.
