摘要
目的 :分析 92例未行准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术 (LASIK)的原因 ,了解手术的适应范围。方法 :对 4 6 0例近视患者进行术前常规检查 ,对其中未行手术的 92例的病因进行分析。结果 :92例中眼底病变 32例占 34.8% ;对手术顾虑大 2 8例占30 .4 % ;眼压偏高 12例占 13.1% ;角膜厚度不足 8例占 8.7% ;角膜屈光力偏大偏小 6例占 6 .5 % ;角膜点状浸润、瘢痕 4例占4 .3% ;睫状肌痉挛 2例占 2 .2 %。结论 :近视预行LASIK手术的患者有一定的选择性 ,医患双方术前应加强谈话。
Objective:To analyze the applicable range of LASIK.Methods: 460 myopic patients were examined before surgery, 92 of them were removed from the operation and the reasons were analyzed.Results:Among 92 patients, 32 (34.8%) suffered from ocular fundus diseases, 28 (30.4%) worried greatly about the surgery, 12 (13.1%) had high intraocular pressure, 8 (8.7%) were insufficient in corneal thickness, 6 (6.5%) were too high or too small in corneal refractive power, 4 (4.3%) were with corneal sickness and 2 (2.2%) were of ciliary spasm .Conclusion: Some criteria affect the selection of patients for LASIK. Communication and comprehension should be strengthened between doctors and patients.
